Partner
Mrs Heena Agarwal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having 14 years experiencein various fields of finance & commerce.
She was born and brought up in Siliguri, an alumni of Siliguri College of Commerce. She earned her CA credentials from ICAI in May, 2012. She was also an All India Rank Holder securing 10th position in the CA entrance examination in February, 2007. Upon completion of her CA, she worked for 2 years with a private trading undertaking. After which, she co-founded the firm and is presently engaged in a successful profession as a practising CA from April 2015 onwards.

Mrs. Rinki Todi is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience in finance and commerce. A Kolkata native, she completed her schooling at Rajasthan Vidya Mandir and graduated from Shri Shikshayatan College before earning her CA qualification from ICAI in May 2008.
After completing CA, she gained two years of industry experience at a CA firm then she founded Todi Rinki & Associates Chartered Accountants Firm in December 2010. Since then, she has been actively engaged in practice, offering expert financial services and building a strong reputation for professionalism and client trust. She joined Heena Akshay Agarwal & Associates as a partner in April 2020.

Mr Akshay Kumar Agarwal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant having an experience of 14 years in various fields of finance & commerce.
Born and brought up in Kolkata, he completed his schooling from Birla High School in the year 2007. He completed his graduation in commerce from Bhawanipur Education Society College, batch of 2010. Alongside, he completed his CA finals from ICAI in November, 2012. Thereafter, he worked in in R. Kothari & Co., Chartered Accountants for a period of 2 years. He is presently engaged in a successful profession as a practising CA and consultant since April 2015.

Having completed her BBA in Marketing & an MBA in HRM, Ambika has been with us since the beginning of her career in 2019, initially joining as an audit assistant. She is now the head of Business Development & Project Management.
Senior Accounts Executive
Enriched with a total experience of 35 years in multiple accounts, Subendu Dawn looks after the key accounts administration & management of the office since 2023. He is well versed with back office accounting, monthly, quarterly GST & TDS compliances.
Senior Accounts Executive
A Bcom (H) graduate from East Calcutta Girls College and a CMA Inter aspirant, she joined us in 2023. She is handling back office accounting, monthly and quarterly GST, TDS & Income Tax yearly compliances.
Junior Accounts Executive
Having completed his B.Com (H) and Dip. In Business Executive Accountant from George Telegraph Inst. He has joined us as Junior Accounts Executive . He assists senior executives in back office accounting, monthly, quarterly GST, TDS, IT compliances and External Audits.
Assistant Accounts Executive
A B.Com graduate from WBSU, Suman looks after GST, ITR, Audits & Accounts. He assists senior executives and is responsible for creating and perfecting final reports & maintaining accounting essentials alongside tax filing.
Junior Accounts Executive
After Completing his B.Com (H) from Calcutta University, Anand joined us an Junior Accounts Executive. He assists senior executives in areas of GST, TDS, Accounts, Financial Reports Management as well as External Audits.

With her extensive years of experience in Sales and Customer Relations, Moumita assists in client onboarding & acquisition.
